As someone who’s been building and reviewing PCs for years, I know what it takes to get the best performance out of your rig without spending a fortune.
In this build I’ve researched all the components thoroughly to ensure they provide the most affordable parts with best-in-class performance.
During my tests, I was able to easily play games at 1080p with smooth and consistent FPS using the following components.

Firstly, it’s worth noting that this motherboard is also compatible with other AMD Ryzen processors such as the Ryzen 5 3300X, 3500, 5600X, 5700X and even Ryzen 7 2700 and Ryzen 7 5800X with a bios update.
During my test I have found that this motherboard supports a range of graphics cards such as RTX 3050, 3060TI OC, and Radeon RX 570.

To ensure our system runs smoothly, I have selected G SKILL DDR4 3200 RAM. For this build we’ll be using a total of 16GB RAM, consisting of two 8GB sticks.

Zotac Gaming Geforce GTX 1650 OC Graphics Card
To handle our gaming needs, we’ll be using the Zotac Gaming Geforce GTX 1650 OC graphics card. This graphics card has 4GB of GDDR6 memory and supports DirectX 12 and OpenGL 4.5
It can be manually overclocked to achieve even better performance, and it also supports NVIDIA Studio Driver.
During my testing, I was able to play demanding games like Minecraft and GTA 5 at 100+ FPS with this graphics card.
It also supports multiple monitors, making it a great choice for productivity work or even high-end video editing software like Adobe Premier Pro.
The Zotac Gaming Geforce GTX 1650 has PCIe Version 3.0 for fast and efficient data transfer, ensuring smooth performance.
LG 22Mk400H, 21.5 Inch Full HD Monitor
For this best pc under 40000 I am going with The LG Full HD – 22Mk400H is a 21.5-inch (55 cm) monitor that comes with several features suitable for various applications. It has a 3-year warranty that ensures the customer’s peace of mind regarding the monitor’s performance. The screen has an anti-glare coating, which makes it comfortable to use for long hours without straining the eyes.
The monitor can be wall-mounted, making it a space-saving option. As of April 2023, the price of the monitor is Rs. 8900. It has a 21.5″ Full HD (1920 x 1080) TN panel that provides sharp and clear images with vibrant colours.
